Hi, I’m George, founder of MyFloat.
MyFloat has grown out of years spent working closely with float systems, both from a technical and practical point of view. That includes involvement in the design and development of ORBIT tanks, along with supporting operators through the day-to-day reality of faults, maintenance, parts, and general system issues.
Over time, it became clear that many operators were struggling with the same problem: when something went wrong, support was often unclear, inconsistent, or difficult to access properly. MyFloat was set up to offer a more straightforward alternative.
What MyFloat is today
MyFloat is a specialist business focused on supporting float pod operators with technical help, service support, parts, consumables, and a more organised support route through the portal.
The aim is not to overcomplicate things. It is simply to make support clearer, more consistent, and easier to manage for operators who want sensible help from someone who understands the systems involved.
That is also why membership now sits at the centre of the model. It gives operators access to structured support and member services, rather than relying on informal or ad hoc contact.
